Terror in its simplest form - two sentences, infinite fears.

Key art and campaign strategy for The CW and Netflix anthology series.
Two Sentence Horror Stories is a modern anthology from Warner Bros. Stage 13, where each short tale transforms everyday anxieties into psychological horror. Our role as Stage 13’s creative agency was to craft visual campaigns that mirrored the show’s themes: dark, intimate imagery that revealed fear as both universal and personal.

Episodic Key Art
Nine stories. Nine fears. One visual language of unease.
Each episode of Two Sentence Horror Stories demanded its own nightmare - distinct, symbolic, and unsettling. The key art was designed to feel like a whisper from the story itself: minimalist compositions that reveal more the longer you look. From graphic abstraction to raw realism, the series aesthetic shifts between surreal and tactile, echoing the anthology’s rhythm of modern myth and psychological dread.
Episode 1

Bag Man
Fear fits neatly inside a school bag until it doesn’t.
A locked-room nightmare unfolds in detention as a group of students confront their guilt, and something far worse. The Bag Man key art distills the horror into a single, haunting silhouette: half-human, half-void. Beneath the surface, it’s not just about what’s in the bag, but what they’ve all been carrying.
Episode 2

Episode 3

Elliot & Instinct
Two stories of perception turned weapon - one born from pain, the other from paranoia.
In Elliot, torment transforms into retribution through a cursed Ocarina that feeds on emotion. A web of grief and rage tightens around its young protagonist, captured in imagery that feels both fragile and feral. In Instinct, imagination and fear become indistinguishable when a writer’s suspicions about her client unravel into deadly truth. The lens turns predatory; every frame questions who’s watching, and who’s next.
Episode 4

Imposter
Identity and ambition collide in a mirror you can’t look away from.
A driven executive haunted by visions of his cultural double faces a reckoning between who he is and who he’s become. Success, heritage, and self blur into a single haunting truth: you can outrun the past, but not yourself.
Episode 5

Episode 6

Quota & Fix
Addiction, ambition, and infection - two modern horrors that turn ordinary life into something grotesque.
In Quota, warehouse workers trapped overnight chase productivity until the line between corporate loyalty and contagion dissolves. A satire soaked in sweat and fluorescent light, it exposes what happens when labor itself becomes the monster. In Fix, a recovering addict returns home to face his sister and the demons - real or imagined - that destroyed their family. Faith collides with relapse in a hallucinatory descent where salvation and possession share the same face.
Episode 7

Essence
Beauty becomes a transaction, and decay the price of admission.
In Essence, a struggling salon worker uncovers a secret treatment that feeds on the lives of others. What begins as aspiration turns parasitic, exposing the horror beneath perfection. The key art - its pastel sheen, its Stepford composure - captures the sickly calm of a world where youth is preserved one stolen heartbeat at a time.
Episode 8

Episode 9

Ibeji & Manifest Destiny
Two tales of haunting - one born of blood, the other of history - where connection becomes both salvation and curse.
In Ibeji, twin sisters bound by spirit confront a demon that feeds on their bond, blurring the line between dream, body, and ancestral memory. In Manifest Destiny, a Native sound tech trapped in a colonial re-enactment relives a massacre rewritten as myth.
